Located 12km North of Warwick in Queensland's Darling Downs is a boutique style property that was established to provide personal care for your Thoroughbred.    Owned by Helen & Evan Robinson, Massie Lodge has established itself as a specialist  in one-on-one care and individualised attention to it's residents.

A home away from home, Massie Lodge  is somewhere safe for your horse to let down after a full-on preparation in a supervised environment. The first week after a long preparation in work is a stressful readjustment period for a racehorse and here at Massie Lodge we understand this and have the right facilities for your horse to wind down in a safe environment and make that transition back to being "a horse".

Massie Lodge has access to a 24 hour, 7 days a week veterinarian and is also regularly visited by a very experienced farrier.

For you, we give you the peace of mind knowing that your horse will be secure and will be looked after on a one-to-one basis.  No longer is your horse just a number in a paddock.  We understand that each horse is an individual and has different needs and we pride ourselves on being able to give each horse individualised attention.  All of our residents are visited at least 3 times a day and at night - so there are no nasty surprises.

At Massie Lodge we believe that owner participation should not stop just because their horses are spelling.  All owners are encouraged to visit their horses, and we communicate regularly to our owners on a regular basis through email, telephone and through our Blog (The Life and Times of Massie Lodge).
